International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local carrier may collect VAT/GST, import duties, and a handling fee on delivery. Sorry, we have no control over these charges :(

And we did everything we could to get shipping costs down as much as possible in every single country – we're even eating a significant portion of the cost for many areas – but we realize the rates are still tough for some of you. We are sorry about that; this was the best we were able to do :(
